Set the basic dock

Enter the overall lower-dock footprint in whole feet. Step-down seating is optional and does not change the main dock dimensions.

Slip openings automatically face the lake. Choose the slip count first, then enter the applicable opening dimensions.

Choose the roof / upper-deck configuration

First decide whether the dock has an upper deck, a roof only, or no roof. The next controls adapt from that choice.

Set the gangway and rails

Standard gangway width is fixed at 4 ft. Truss handrail on both sides is the default; one-sided or no-rail configurations remain available as exceptions.

Choose decking and dock finish

One decking choice applies to the entire dock, gangway, upper deck, stairs, landing, and step-down seating. The new-dock builder uses solid/non-grooved decking only.

Cabana is the standard default. Cabana and Cottage are fixed product/color choices, so there is no separate color question in Phase 1.

Each add-on begins with a simple Yes/No gate. Selecting Yes reveals only the guided choices needed for that product family.
